This work was born from lived experience. After two decades in high-level leadership, navigating burnout, a 40kg weight release, a late ADHD diagnosis, and a body that whispered until it screamed—I knew there had to be another way to lead.
A way where success didn’t require self-abandonment.
I created Hone Your Harmony for women like you: visionary, heart-led, and done with hustling through life misaligned. You want to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process. You want strategy that honors your soul—and soul that knows how to lead with power.
